DS ROM Patcher

A proof-of-concept client-side xdelta patcher. Everything is done on your local browser using web assembly, and roms are not sent to the server. (Use the F12 dev tools' network tab if you don't believe me.) Depending on the size of your ROM and your patch, this may take a while.
